Refund and Returns Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- Dukaan99 has an easy return policy.
- Use our easy online returns process by calling our customer support team on +91 8828367778 (between 10 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday) or email us at email@example.com.
- Dukaan99's returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Dukaan99 for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (2 working days).
- We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.
- The Image of the product needs to be shared by you if asked.

- Number of days to pick up a product may vary as per the Logistics team that will be assigned to pick up your product. The product will be picked anywhere between 3 – 7 working days.
- If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded. However, if you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges in the form of Dukaan99 Credits or up to INR 65 in your bank account based on Dukaan99's Returns Policy.
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- There are two ways to return the product to us:
Pick up by Dukaan99: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service.
Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location, In such cases, you will have to ship the product to our warehouse. We will reimburse the shipping costs in the form of Dukaan99 credits or up to INR 65 in your bank account provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.
If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
- The refund will be done in the form of Dukaan99's credit note or the original payment account per your request.
- It will be initiated within 2 working days from our side only upon receipt of your package and after the quality check is completed.
- If you choose a Credit note, it will be issued within 1-2 business days and can be used to purchase again from dukaan99.com. It is valid across the website.
- If you choose the original payment account, the money refunding to your original payment account according to your payment mode/bank account(normally takes 2-10 business days once initiated).
- For orders placed using a credit note, the amount will be refunded in the form of a credit note only.
- Please choose the desired option when initiating the return request.
- Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

- You can now cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status. In case of prepaid order cancellations, the refund will be processed back to the same payment method via the payment gateway. It normally takes 5 - 10 business days to reflect in the account.
- If the order is shipped out from our warehouse and you want to cancel it, the shipping charges will not be refunded, if any.
- If you want to cancel the order, request you to write us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org with your registered email address and the order number.
- The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
- Dukaan99 reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
